چکیده
The transcription factor (TFs) BES1, which mediates brassinosteroid (BR) signaling, regulates plant growth and development. However, BES1 genes have not yet been reported in Tartary buckwheat. Here, ten FtBES1 were identified the buckwheat genome, they named FtBES1-1 to FtBES1-10. These divided into four groups according classification Arabidopsis thaliana. Multiple sequence alignment indicated that all gene members contained BES1_N structural domain. Phylogenetic relationship same group had similar structures motifs. An analysis of cis-acting elements demonstrated TFs contains many light-responsive, hormonal, abiotic stress-responsive elements, etc. 10 located on chromosomes buckwheat, distribution synteny revealed segmental duplications played important roles family expansion. Tissue specificity expressed highly two periods, relatively high expression levels observed mature leaves. Gene profiles under different hormone treatments participated stress response. This study enriches our knowledge provides a theoretical basis for analyzing biological functions tolerance mechanisms factors.

متن کاملComplete Chloroplast Genome Sequence of Tartary Buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) and Comparative Analysis with Common Buckwheat (F. esculentum)
We report the chloroplast (cp) genome sequence of tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) obtained by next-generation sequencing technology and compared this with the previously reported common buckwheat (F. esculentum ssp. ancestrale) cp genome. The cp genome of F. tataricum has a total sequence length of 159,272 bp, which is 327 bp shorter than the common buckwheat cp genome. The cp gene cont...
متن کاملDiscovery and genetic analysis of non-bitter Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertn.) with trace-rutinosidase activity
In a screening of about 500 lines of Tartary buckwheat, we identified lines that contained no detectable rutinosidase isozymes using an in-gel detection assay. We confirmed that seeds of these individuals had only a trace level of in-vitro rutinosidase activity. To investigate the heritability of the trace-rutinosidase characteristic, we analyzed the progeny of crosses between rutinosidase trac...
متن کاملEffect of drought stress on yield, chlorophyll contents and photosynthesis in tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum)
Drought stress is one of the major abiotic stresses in agriculture worldwide. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of drought stress on chlorophyll content, photosynthesis and transpiration, stomatal conductance and yield characteristics in two varieties of tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum). A pot experiment with three irrigation regimes was carried out in a split-plot blo...
متن کاملGenetic analyses of agronomic traits in Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn.)
The consumption of products made from Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum (L.) Gaertn.) has increased in recent years in Japan. Increased consumer demand has led to recognition of the need for early varieties of this crop with high and stable yields. In order to accomplish this, more information is needed on the genetic mechanisms affecting earliness and yield. We conducted genetic analysis ...
